Seeking experienced carpenter
We specialize in high-end remodels and additions, with most of our projects in the $20k to $200k range. Most projects include framing, siding, doors and window installation, cabinet installation, and interior trim and wood work.
We hope to add someone to our team with:

At least 3 years of experience in construction, with the following skillset:

Floor, wall and roof framing
-
Installation of vinyl, fiberglass and wood windows and doors

Wood and composite siding installation
-
Experience with various types of interior and exterior trim materials and their installation

A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle – roof rack / truck is a plus for materials pickup.

A willingness to travel to our job-sites, located in Eugene, Springfield, and the McKenzie River Valley.

Basic hand tools.

Ability to fill out daily time cards, change orders and associated paperwork.

Ability to work independently or with a small team and manage day-to-day job site activities.

A love for the craft and the desire to improve your skills with interesting jobs and training.

Ability to do manual demolition work and lift heavy loads throughout the day.

More than just building a new kitchen for someone (for example), we are interested in providing a positive overall experience for homeowners. Therefore, being able to interact with high-end customers in a pleasant and courteous manner is a must in achieving our customer satisfaction goals.
Hours: 40 per week, Monday through Friday
Wages: $18 - $24 / hour, DOE
